The key as we have to discoved to having happy contestants, is a well established contest criteria. It needs to be objective, quantifiable and good judges. They need to be able to comment on performances so the singer will be able to grow. Of course they need to please the crowd to boot!!! Whether solo, male/female or goup. You are sure to find a contest out there. here one of the judges jumps in with some ad-hoc singers for a fun time. Dave had been in a band as a guitarist and and lead vocalist for many many years, which qualifies him as one of our judges. Another judge,  has played for Blink 182, Lil Wayne as well as had been featured as a bass player on several CD’s. Finally another recent judge was a performing arts instructor!
